AFRICAN FILM FESTIVAL WORLD TOUR ASSOCIATION

Business Description : WHO WE ARE We are a non-profit organization showcasing humanitarian documentary films and African Filmmaking. We hope to bring awareness to many problems facing Africa including war, rape, Aids and other diseases,human rights violations, cannibalism and the multitude of other negative effects associated with widespread poverty & economical destabilization. OUR GOAL To bring African voices and images directly to the ears and eyes of the Western World, to give a face to what too often is anonymous suffering, and serve as a reminder that we are all human beings in suffering or in grace. We plan to use African Films/Cinema to promote & increase knowledge & understanding of African Arts and Culture. We hope to develop an African & non-African audience for African Film & Documentaries. We also hope to expand the opportunities for the distribution of African Film/ Documentaries in Canada and the US.
